MODELS AND TECHNICAL INFORMATION

GENERAL INFORMATION

General Specifications

The DryAir DBP series dryer provides a constant dew point of -40 ° C. DBP dryers are designed to operate under normal conditions of 7 bar inlet pressure, 35 ° C inlet temperature and 100% inlet air relative humidity.

The DBP series maintains its functionality up to the operating pressure of up to 12 bar (g).

- Monitoring and control of dew point
- Computer controlled structure
- Show operating status, alarm and pressure information
- Remote start and stop function
- Low pressure alarm system with minimum pressure valve
- High pressure switch and alarms
- Working as an integrated warm or dry dryer offered with a unit

Working Principle

- Centrifugal blower and high efficiency heater removes valuable dry air usage needed to regenerate the desiccant material.
- The fully automatic drying system uses the blower to draw the ambient air and to pass it through the heater. This hot air flow is the opposite of the flow of air to be dried.
- The hot air above 200 ° C completely evaporates the moisture in the dryer bed through the drying agent.
- The advanced control system monitors the dew point and adjusts the heating / regeneration cycles accordingly. This saves energy in serious dimensions.
- The heating circuit is completely isolated to provide maximum heating efficiency.
